Antique Cabinet Tambour Roll Door & Drawers Vintage Filing Storage - Solid Wood

An antique narrow filing cabinet with a tambour roll-front lower section and two drawers above. A tall, compact piece with a small footprint, ideal for use as document storage, a hallway cabinet, or a bedside or office storage unit where space is limited.

Constructed from solid wood with carved decorative side panels and a slatted tambour door enclosing open shelving. The drawers feature simple wooden handles and traditional dovetail construction. The interior shelving is suited to files, papers, or general storage. The style and construction suggest early 20th century, likely c.1920s–1930s. Unsure of the exact age, but more than happy to help with any further questions.

Condition
In well used antique condition. Showing surface scratches, scuffs, knocks, and finish wear throughout, particularly to edges, corners, and the tambour slats. The tambour door operates but shows age-related wear and slightly stiff opening and closing. Interior shelves show marks and staining from use. Drawers run as expected for age. Structurally solid and usable, though cosmetic wear is present throughout. Would benefit from a good clean and polish or ideal for refinishing.
