Art Deco Walnut Sideboard/Buffet
A fabulous walnut burl sideboard by Beithcraft, Scotland.
Refinished in a beautiful deep Green, with hints of Gold.
She has been a labour of love, completely stripped and sanded back to reveal the wood. The wood has been varnished several times, the doors and drawer fronts a subtle crocodile effect surface and the carcass refinished in a luxurious Green with Gold trim. The full unit has then had several coats of polyurethane for extra protection.
The inside cupboard doors have been fitted with a burgundy velvet feel lining, with the shelves and insides refreshed and left in their natural wood state. The drawers are deep and offer ample storage.
As with all vintage items, there may be signs of a previous life lived.
