This table was in a sorry state when I rescued it. There were lots of layers of paint. I’ve removed a lot of it but without damaging the item I couldn’t remove more so I’ve painted over. This means that surfaces are not smooth. However it is reflective of the age of the item which is over 60 years old. I have put a wax coat on top of the chalk paint. The paint is a deep duck egg/ light teal colour. It would be a good bedside table or conservatory piece. The shelf and cupboard are good storage. The cupboard door needs a sharp push to close but it does open and close.

It weights just over 8kg.
