Burr Walnut Small Drawers With Queen Anne Legs Painted Black

This is a beautiful example of a Queen Anne legged walnut set of drawers, they incorporate a very sturdy body, with 2 spacious drawers. The frame and legs have been painted in a black mineral paint with the top and drawer fronts left walnut and oiled to bring out the grain, finished with a gold border on the top. These drawers have also been finished with 2 coats of varnish to ensure durability. 

This piece is in very good condition with no damage to note apart from the minor nicks, dents and previous repairs which are to be expected with pre-loved furniture and adds to their character. I don’t just slap on a coat of paint on my pieces and call them upcycled - each of my pieces undergoes a lengthy process of restoration and preparation before being painstakingly stripped, cleaned, restored, woodworm treated if there is any sign of historic woodworm, primed and undercoated before painting a minimum of 3 coats to ensure a high quality finish.

Collection/Delivery:

Collection is from DL8. Alternatively delivery further afield can be arranged with a specialised furniture courier. The piece will be fully bubble wrapped and blanketed for protection in delivery.  To avoid disappointment please contact me with your post code for an indicative quote and timeframe. Third party courier service is for a one man service to ground floor and assistance is required with unloading.
