Early Victorian Mahogany Cabinet With Three Internal Drawers

Early Victorian Mahogany Cabinet With Three Internal Drawers

A characterful Victorian mahogany cabinet offering generous storage and strong period presence. This solid piece stands on four carved chunky legs and features two large cupboard doors that open and close well (no key present).

Inside, the layout is both practical and versatile — three drawers to the left with brass handles that run smoothly, and two fixed shelves to the right providing excellent storage space.

The tabletop shows a natural age-related split but remains solid and stable. The sides display some discolouration from age, and there is some chipping to the veneer along the tabletop edges as shown in the photographs. These cosmetic imperfections are consistent with a Victorian piece and add to its authentic antique appeal.

Overall a solid, sturdy and highly usable cabinet suited to a variety of interiors.

Condition:

Good solid order overall with historic cosmetic wear including marks, bumps and areas of veneer loss — please see all photographs.

Dimensions (cm): W140cm × D53cm × H92.5cm
