*now sold* Elegant hand painted vintage blue chest of drawers

Add a touch of charm to your space with this beautifully crafted vintage (early to mid-1900s) chest of drawers.  This piece exudes serenity, with its soft blue finish, which will compliment a range of decor styles.  The two spacious drawers provide ample storage, each adorned with the stunning original hardware.  The lower section showcases an intricate floral and geometric design, which has been highlighted with gold gilding wax.

To achieve a subtle multi-tonal finish, I have used AS Louis Blue as a base, then layered multiple colour washes in Pure, Coco and Country Grey.  Stripes have been added to the side panels to further elevate the piece.  To ensure durability, clear wax has been applied, with touches of dark wax and gold gilding wax to add age and depth.
