Grey mid-century Chest of Drawers
A mid 20th century oak and oak veneers chest of four drawers which has been given a new lease of life! Cleaned, sanded back, primed and hand-painted with three coats of Frenchic 'Gentlemen's Club', a modern, versatile shade of grey. Two top-coats of sealant ensures longevity of this redefined piece.
The hardware has been replaced with elegant cup handles in the stunning colour Black Nickel (invisible screws..!). The drawers have been given a wax 'feed' and loose-lined with Lavender & Neem Oil scented paper from The Master Herbalist. Finally, the base has been left in natural oak and treated with Osmo Oil.
Whilst every care has been taken with this furniture makeover, as with all vintage pieces, there maybe signs of a previous life.
