This set of 7 chairs have many features.
The chair frames are a solid hardwood, probably walnut
and there is a decorative Regency carving in the back support.
The legs are fluted and are typical Georgian Regency style.
The rush seats have underside supports.
Condition
The set of chairs are in good condition for their age however there are many marks and wear to this set.
Some of the rush seating is better than others.
The chairs are certainly not perfect and are all slightly wonky showing that they were handmade.
The chairs are fit for use.
