A handsome and increasingly hard-to-find set of twelve solid oak Yorkshire-style ladderback dining chairs, including two matching carvers.

Well-proportioned and traditionally made, the chairs are solid and sturdy throughout, offering good weight and presence. The classic ladderback design sits comfortably in both traditional and more eclectic interiors, making them an easy fit with most styles.

The seats are fitted with push-out pads, allowing for straightforward re-covering should a new fabric be desired. Upholstery is serviceable as is, with scope for personalisation.

As expected with age and use, there are some light superficial marks and signs of wear here and there, all entirely commensurate with an antique set and nothing that detracts from their overall appearance or usability.

A particularly appealing feature is the run of twelve chairs, which is becoming increasingly unusual to find, especially with the inclusion of two carvers.
