The gold leaf top has a paint effect ‘slice of agate crystal’ design which looks striking in the colours I’ve used.
It’s a wooden table with some good curves and a nice classic shape so I used gold leaf on the feet to bring the look together.
I’m pleased with the outcome and I have sealed all the surfaces with clear wax for protection.
