Victorian Oak Corner Cupboard c.1880
Victorian Oak Corner Cupboard c.1880
A handsome Victorian oak corner cupboard, dating to around 1880, showcasing the warmth and depth of colour that only time can bestow. Crafted from solid oak with a beautiful natural patina, this compact piece combines practical storage with refined decorative appeal.
The panelled door features contrasting inlaid banding and a central diamond motif, lending subtle sophistication to its otherwise understated design. Inside, two fixed fitted shelves provide ample space for storage or display, making it ideal for dining, hallway, or living spaces.
The cupboard retains its original lock (key absent) and displays minor, age-related wear consistent with its years — including two small pieces of trim missing from the lower corners, which do little to detract from its charm or integrity.
