Vintage Art Deco Style Upcycled Sideboard circa 1930s

Solid wood built with lovely features, including beautifully turned legs. Item has been fully cleaned, sanded, then hand painted with chalk paint and fully sealed with wax and varnish for protection.

As seen in the photos, there are two storage compartments, one at either end. One is shelved and newly felt layered. The other opens, hinged at the bottom, with a key lock, replaced with new brass lock (comes with two keys) during upcycling. This accommodates four bottles and the base of this part is newly felted also.

The main area behind the two central doors has one shelf and two drawers. The shelves have been newly felted.

Please take into account that this cupboard has not been restored but upcycled leaving many original areas remaining to show the age, history and natural wooden beauty of this wonderful piece of furniture.

This beautiful sideboard I feel would grace any room. I have put a lot of time into this, using many techniques and materials and I am very pleased with the result. I hope others like it too.
