Vintage Beautility Cocktail Cabinet/Sideboard

Here is a stunning and rare Beautility drinks cabinet which was made to commemorate the late Queen Elizabeth's Coronation in 1953...As you can see she has been professionally restored to her former beauty and is oozing in regal lustre once again.

The body and top have been hand-painted in a black mineral paint, Total Eclipse. A burst of gold added to the sliding hutch top to add to the Art Deco style. The walnut burr doors and drawer fronts have been finished in Osmo Oil to highlight the original grain and make it pop once again. Internally, the cupboard backs and drawers have been lined in a metallic, Art Deco designed paper to complement the cabinet's era.

As you can see the drinks cabinet hutch has the most exquisite pull, showing the late Queen.  Inside the hutch is the iconic, gold striped Beautility glass base, the original mirrored back and a slim glass shelf to place your favourite glasses on.
A sensor light has now been added to this drinks preparation area replacing a tired old light.

The cabinet offers two large drawers and two deep shelved cupboards as well as the drinks hutch, therefore offering ample storage for all your favourite tipples and glassware.

This cabinet really is a beautiful piece of furniture and one that will stand proud and stand out for many decades to come.

As with all of my pieces, it has been thoroughly cleaned, prepared and primed using environmentally friendly products.

Due to this piece being preloved, there may be slight imperfections as you'd expect from an item from this era. However, I feel this cabinet is in wonderful condition with smooth drawers and hutch and is now ready to embark on a new chapter.
