Vintage Oak Tallboy: Mid-Century Modern Five-Drawer Chest Five Drawer
A stunning piece of vintage and mid century furniture in a five drawer oak chest. The cabinet consists of five hand crafted drawers in a two over two configuration with two drawers to the top and a further three larger drawers below and with each drawer having superb dove tail jointing and offering excellent storage. On each drawer front their are two amazing brass drop pendant handles with back plates and with each one super ornate. The cabinet has beautiful detailing with an inlaid black and white chequered pattern within each of the drawer fronts a back riser running along the top of the chest while to the base the chest sit's on four oak legs with brass end caps and the original casters still in place. The chest is a superb and beautifully hand crafted piece of vintage and antique furniture with a wonderful look and design and with great proportions and a lovely oak colour that would suit any home or environment.
Measurements W 42 inches D 18 inches H 38 inches H 41 inches to the top of the riser
Condition The cabinet is in superb condition, the chest has been hand sanded back to the original oak then French polished and waxed to help preserve the beautiful light colour of the cabinet.
