Each chair features a hoop and stick back with a decorative fret-cut, wheel-shaped central splat, lending both charm and strong visual presence. Raised on well-turned legs united by ‘H’ stretcher supports, the frames are sturdy and pleasingly proportioned.
The set comprises four standard dining chairs suited to kitchen or dining room settings. Throughout, the timber displays a particularly warm, mellow colour with attractive grain, developed over time and enhancing the overall character of the suite.
Honest signs of use are present, including light superficial marks and gentle age-related wear consistent with everyday life, yet all chairs remain solid, sturdy, and structurally sound.
