“Summer Geisha” Singer Sewing Hall Table with 3 drawers
This 1934, New Jersey built, Singer sewing machine table has been enhanced with a mix of decoupage, original painting, raised stencilling and gold leaf.
The machine still works and is a piece of art in itself, but you may just wish to use as a hall table. The metal work is in excellent condition and the top ‘Singer’ still bears its original gilding. The one on the footplate has been highlighted with gold leaf wax.
There are 2 useful side drawers and a popout spool drawer at the front.
Please note that most of my pieces are rescued from landfill and whilst I clean, repair and prep before upcycling, some signs of ageing and wear and tear cannot be fixed - I like to think these imperfections add to their character.
Profits from sales are donated to CAC Climbers Against Cancer, which funds research projects and supports people living with cancer around the world.Product Information
