Vintage Oak Chest Of Drawers Two Drawer Cabinet Lovely Detailing Ebonised In Black

A stunning piece of vintage and antique furniture in a two drawer oak chest console table. The cabinet consists of two hand crafted drawers with each drawer having superb dove tail jointing and offering excellent storage. To each of the drawer fronts there are the original brass handles with back plates and with each one super ornate, each drawer front has its original brass key escutcheon in place. The chest has wonderful detailing with four super stylized barley twist legs with cross stretcher running in between and a larger central stretcher connecting them. All of the legs and stretchers have been ebonised in black that gives a fabulous contrast of the ebonised wood against the natural oak. The cabinet is a wonderful piece of vintage and antique furniture with great proportions, a beautiful oak colour and a superb look and design that would suit any home or environment.

Condition The cabinet is in superb condition, the chest has been hand sanded back to the original oak then French polished and waxed to help preserve the beautiful colour of the cabinet, while all of the base has been ebonised in black.
