Bright, Large Square Footstool. Newly Upholstered. Smart Statement Piece.
Large, low, stable foot stool / seat.
Originally an Indian piece, the cover and fillings were in dire need of change.
Fully reupholstered with new foams, liners and modern geometric woven fabric will ensure this piece will be good for years to come. It has been trimmed with decorative nails to give a smart finishing touch. The legs have been newly painted in a satin finish, dark charcoal paint with two coats of varnish to protect them from scuffs and scrapes.
I aim to source / rescue quality furniture that just needs a bit of tlc to restore them to their former glory. I only use high end fabrics to give a bespoke quality feel to each piece. Using such fabrics always enhances the design and makes the whole process so enjoyable for me to work with and of course, for you to enjoy.
NOTE. In order to comply with British Fire Safety Regulations 1988, all my re-upholstered furniture manufactured after 1st January1950 is re-upholstered using fire retardant material, or contains fire retardant linings such as barrier cloth or wool as a liner / padding.
