A characterful Edwardian oak bureau, the timber displaying a warm, pleasing patina with rustic discolouration to the top and sides that enhances its period charm.

The fall front opens smoothly, supported by two pull-out arms (each fitted with an individual knob). Within are four small drawers and pigeonhole compartments, offering practical writing and storage space. A minor split is visible to the right hinge, though the fall remains secure and functional.

Beneath, the bureau is arranged with six drawers in a graduated form, providing ample storage. The top and bottom drawers are detailed with a small wooden lining to the left side, a subtle but attractive touch.

A solid and well-proportioned piece, combining utility with the understated elegance of Edwardian design.
