Vintage Footstool Reupholstered in Linwood Linen Wooden Frame & Cabriole Legs.
This stool has been restored, rebuilt reupholstered in Linwood's 'Kitty' fabric a vintage design in 100% linen.
It's a beautiful piece, that would grace any living room where elegance is the aim.
The wooden frame and legs have been given a fresh coat of paint in satin finish dark charcoal shade and the whole has been sealed with a lacquer to prevent scuffs and chipping.
The padded top has been rebuilt with foam and includes a fire retardant lining.
I aim to source / rescue quality furniture that just needs a bit of tlc to restore them to their former glory. I only use high end fabrics to give a bespoke quality feel to each piece. Using such fabrics always enhances the design and makes the whole process so enjoyable for me to work with and of course, for you to enjoy.
NOTE. In order to comply with British Fire Safety Regulations 1988, all my re-upholstered furniture manufactured after 1st January1950 is re-upholstered using fire retardant material, or contains fire retardant linings such as barrier cloth or wool as a liner / padding.
